Client Survey Results 2010 - As Accord Engineering is a service provider, client satisfaction is the most important part of our Quality Control System. Client satisfaction determines whether the services provided meet the client’s expectations, both in value and in quality.
Accord Engineering tracks client satisfaction and continual improvement through contracting with Dunn and Bradstreet for Annual Client Satisfaction Surveys. Dunn and Bradstreet provides an unbiased, third-party audit of Accord’s performance by contacting Accord’s clients, gathering client surveys, and providing a statistical analysis of Accord’s performance compared to other engineering service providers.


Accord Engineering continues to maintain a strong overall performance rating scoring 92 out of 100. As indicative of Accord’s commitment to continual improvement, Accord increased its rating among Engineering Service providers by 40% through increased marks in Delivery/Timeliness and Business Relations. Accord  continued  to  excel  at  responsiveness,  professionalism,  and  reliability scoring  95  out  of  100  or  better.
