Quality Program

Accord Engineering recognizes its responsibility to provide products and services that not only comply with but exceed client expectations and applicable industry quality standards. This has led to the development and implementation of a comprehensive Quality Program establishing project control throughout the entire product/service realization process. Accord Engineering's goal is to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the Quality Program.

The Quality Program is comprised of a cyclic, four-part process that includes management responsibility, resource management, service realization, and provisions for measurement, analysis, and improvement. Inputs include requirements, analysis of client needs, and overall client satisfaction. Outputs are the service and/or product and client satisfaction, which is measured throughout the process.

As part of Accord Engineering's continual improvement, the Quality Program is cyclic throughout and beyond the period of performance.
