Professional Development Program
 

Accord Engineering offers training opportunities for all employees because we want to recruit and retain talented professionals who are interested in growing along with the company. We partner with our staff to advance their technical and management skills, attain required training and certifications, and pay for renewal of their professional licensing and certification fees. Most new employees attend 40 hours of HAZWOPER training to comply with OSHA regulations. Accord Engineering pays for application fees and study materials for managers who desire to become a Certified Construction Manager.

Accord Engineering supports learning opportunities in the following ways:
